Initial emphasis will be on the development of concentration to quiet the mind and body. With greater concentration comes more awareness and clarity of the body/heart/mind. Thus begins the gateway to mindfulness; the cultivation of moment to moment awareness without judgment and a full, open hearted presence. This allows for authentic happiness and true connection.

There will be an emphasis on bringing mindfulness and open heartedness to daily life situations. Time will be allowed at the end of the meditation for discussion.
