David Anderson is warmhearted, playful individual and founder of Get Help Now LLC (http://GetHelpNow.org). When you ask him “What do you do?” he cheerfully responds that he brings light into the darkness and ask those he meets to follow him out into the light guiding them with empowering tools and pearls of wisdom. He shares that his life purpose now is to create opportunities for himself and others to heal and grow and he does this by empowering others with Love, Compassion and Creativity.

He discovered yoga while studying working on his Masters at the American School of Professional Psychology, when a classmate invited him to Hot Yoga. As a former martial artist the idea of yoga appealed to him as a peaceful martial art yet he found out during that first visit it was so much more then that. The mind body yoga bliss hooked him instantly and he began a membership attending 4-5 times a week. As his yoga practice brought balance and sanity into his life, he began to experience more space for greater transformations, which later led David into coaching and later into Yoga Teacher Training. David believes that the alignment his life found created a symphony of synchronicities and flow that have allowed him to achieve and excel in unbelievably short periods of time. He studied with Ashley Stewart Pehrson, Gopi Kinnicutt and Bentley Storm at Hot Yoga Usa in Washington D.C., while simultaneously completing his Masters in Counseling and Coaching Program.

David currently shares his gifts and talents as a Survivor Coach, Yoga Instructor, Healer, Advocate and Speaker. He holds certifications as Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Registered Yoga Teacher. David holds powerful core beliefs that survivors are the heroes of tomorrow and creates programs to help victims move into their survivor story and then survivors to their hero story. He is powerfully gifted at partnering with clients to create sustainable shifts in thinking and changes that create lasting results in life.
