**All Annual Memberships require a $45.00 one time registration fee. If signed up during the first 10 days of introductory offer registration fee is waived.

All memberships require a contract agreement. All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically after their respective 3, 6 or 12 months, unless member decides to cancel. Memberships paid upfront will never renew automatically.
