Yin/Yang Yoga is the best of both styles – classes begin with a series of supported, meditative yin poses and flow into a vinyasa sequence to build heat and strength before settling back into restorative stillness. Through deep holds, we’ll recognize and remove energetic and physical blocks as we relax whatever holds us back. Using the new space created, we will move through a vinyasa flow, which will include sun salutations, standing poses, and core work. Finishing practice with the option of blocks and blankets to cradle the body, we will revisit the yin element of practice and melt into savasana.
