Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to give us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support.

We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party.

We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Prepaid classes are non-refundable.

Class Passes are non refundable, non extendable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date.

Absence from class is not refundable.

Membership’s automatic payments are not refundable after having been processed unless a mistake on our part took place. Memberships are non-transferable to another person.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

If you register for a workshop but are unable to attend please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin. If we receive your request for cancellation more than 48 hours before the event takes place you can either get a refund to your form of payment minus 20% administration fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your Yoga Fusion Studio account (this credit can be used toward any purchase).  If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours before the event a refund will not be possible. However if we are able to fill your space a Yoga Fusion Studio account credit minus 20% administration fee will be granted.  Cancellation requests must be made by email to: theyogafusionstudio@gmail.com

Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or Yoga Fusion Studio credit will not be possible.

Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Yoga Fusion Studio account if you choose.

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice.

If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.

Young Student Policy

Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age and older. The yoga practice of a child is different from the practice of an adult. Currently we do not offer classes for children. We are looking into ways to change this and will keep our community updated.

If you would like to bring your child to a regular yoga class with you, he/she must be at least 13 years old and you must follow the following criteria:

- You must sign a separate consent form for each child.

- Please place your mat next to your child’s in the back of the room by the door so you may leave quietly if needed.

- It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to watch over their child to ensure that they do not injure themselves or disrupt the class. If the instructor feels as if he/she can align them and they don’t mind, then the instructor will do so, but the poses in a regular yoga class are focused on students age 16 and older.

- If your child becomes a distraction to the class or teacher, the instructor reserves the right to ask you to quietly leave, expecting your full understanding and willingness to comply. If that ends up being the case, we will refund your money.

-If you need to leave the class for any reason, say to use the restroom or answer a phone call, you must bring your child with you. We do not allow students under the age of 16 in our regular classes without a parent or accompanying adult and will not be responsible for any person that age.

Any exceptions to these policies must be addressed to the teacher or management prior to class.

Persons under 13 years of age may not sit in the reception area while the parent or guardian takes a class, unless she/he is accompanied by an adult.

Our reception staff are not required to supervise children.

Maximum Capacity Policy

The Yoga Fusion Studio is fortunate to have a large practice space in which classes are held. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class – i.e. 35 people per class. Once this number of people are registered for class, we would ask that remaining students return to take a different class.

Late Policy

Students can arrive a maximum of 10 minutes late! Latecomers should wait for seated meditation/centering to finish before entering.

Inclement Weather Policy

In an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather we will need to cancel classes from time to time.

Please always check our online schedule during inclement weather or inclement weather advisory to find out about any cancellations of classes.
